All drivers operating Falcon Rides’ vehicles are required to follow UAE road rules and regulations, including speed limits, parking guidelines, and lane discipline. Falcon Rides stresses the need for strict compliance with these regulations across the UAE. Failure to comply may lead to significant fines. The most frequently recorded traffic violations, based on Falcon Rides’ available data, include:

• Driving above the posted speed limit
• Not paying for parking
• Improper lane discipline
• Ignoring traffic signals
• Not wearing seat belts
• Using a mobile phone while driving

Falcon Rides is dedicated to helping manage the logistics of any fines incurred during the rental period. Please note, however, that the related cost will be charged to the customer. In addition, a 12% Admin Fee applies to all traffic fines under this service. Invoices for these charges will be generated once they are posted by the relevant authorities, which may cause a delay between the date of the violation and when the customer is notified.

Falcon Rides is not responsible for any delays in invoicing or the accuracy of fines, which may be a result of the information received from various government systems.
